Schedule For A Typical Event:
The schedule for an event is as follows (all times approximate):
Arrival 2pm The Moving Theater trucks arrive at the designated field at approximately 2pm.
Setup 3pm to 5pmThe Moving Theater crew then sets up the screen and projection system and performs some preliminary tests.
Audience Arrival : Ticket Booth Open 6pm to dusk The audience arrives.
Short Subjects : Dusk: At dusk, one or more short subjects such as cartoons are shown. This is an optional part of the event and is selected by you when you make your Event Registration.
Feature Presentation : Following the Short Subjects (if scheduled) or at Dusk (if no Short Subjects are scheduled) the main movie feature begins
Closeup: XXpm : The Moving Company crew closes up the screen and projection systems, packs up, and leaves.
