Your Responsibilities: 1) Truck Access You must assure that truck access is provided to the field. The Moving Theater Outdoor Movie System consists of two trucks; a X’ wide by X’ high box truck and an X’ wide by X’ high by X’ long tractor trailer. Both trucks must be able to drive onto the field in order to set up. 2). Rest Rooms If rest room facilities for the event are required by your town it is your responsibility to provide them, either as facilities within a nearby and accessible building or portable rest rooms (check your telephone yellow pages for portable restrooms). 3). Permission Permission to use the field for the event must be obtained by you. For example, if your club intends to use a public recreation field for the event then it is your responsibility to obtain the necessary permissions. 4) Publicity It is your responsibility to handle the publicity in order to attract people to the event. However, we do provide you with sample newspaper articles, newspaper advertising, and posters, all of which are provided as downloadable files in Rich Text format. See the Publicity Page. 5) Parking It is your responsibility to assure that there is sufficient parking for the expected number of attendees. 6) Security It is your responsibility to provide any security that may be required by your town. This may mean simply having one or two members of your organization identified as Security or it may mean having a local police officer attend the event. You should check with your local Town Hall regarding security. 8) Contact Person You must designate a specific individual to be the primary contact person for the event. This person must be available on the day of the event and must be at the event field from the arrival time through the closeup time (see the Event Schedule). 9) Trash Receptacles & Cleanup It is advisable that you provide trash receptacles for the event, even if no food concessions are available, since people may bring food of their own. Cleanup of the field after the event is also your responsibility. 10) Field Requirements You must assure that your field conformss to the Field Requirements.
