Please be sure that your field conforms to the following requirements:
1) The field must be flat. If bleachers are available at the field and you intend to allow customers to sit in the bleachers, then there must be at least X by X feet of flat space in front of the bleachers for the screen and projection trucks. Note that the projection truck may block some of the bleacher seats.
2) The field should be a grassyfield, such as a football, soccer, baseball or other recreation type field. Dirt or pavement is not appropriate for these events.
3). There must be access for the screen and projection trucks. This means that there must be some way to get our trucks onto the field and position them as necssary.
4) The field must have a minimum of X by X feet of flat grassy space for the event. This includes space for the screen and projection trucks and for the audience.
